What You’ll Need

LLC/Corporation’s Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)

California LLC/Corporation Number or SOS file number

Bank account details (routing and account number) for ACH payment (Web Pay)

Estimated tax amount and due dates from Form 100-ES
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to the FTB Website

Visit ftb.ca.gov

Click on "Pay" at the top

Under the "Businesses" section, click “Bank account (Web Pay)”

Or go directly to: ftb.ca.gov/pay
2. Select Entity Type

Choose "LLC" or "Corporation" when prompted
3. Select Payment Type

Choose "Estimated Tax Payment"

This option ensures the payment is applied correctly to Form 100-ES
4. Enter Corporation Information

Enter the corporation’s FEIN

Enter the California LLC or Corporation Number or Secretary of State (SOS) file number

Enter the legal business name
5. Enter Payment Details

Input the payment amount (based on your Form 100-ES installment)

Choose whether to make the payment today or schedule it for a future date

Enter your bank account routing and account numbers (checking or savings)

Review all details carefully
6. Submit Payment

Confirm all entries: amount, account, business info, and payment date

Click "Submit"

You’ll receive a confirmation page—print or save this for your records
7. Verify and Track the Payment

Check your bank statement to confirm withdrawal in 2–3 business days

If you have a MyFTB business account, you can log in to view scheduled and completed payments
Additional Notes

Payment due dates for calendar-year corporations are generally April 15, June 15, September 15, and December 15
-
If total tax due is $20,000+ or total liability is $80,000+, future payments may need to be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) instead of Web Pay

Credit card payments are available but include a processing fee
